INGREDIENTS:
2 jars of Natural Landeira tofu
200 g of raw almonds
100 g of cooked chickpeas
1 garlic
500 ml of water
Oil
Salt
ELABORATION:
Cut the tofu and place it in the blender, add the almonds, the chickpeas, the garlic and the water. Grind it well for 2-3 minutes, add a good splash of olive oil and it is ready to cool.
Serve it with some cubes of fried tofu and some seeds. This combination super tasty!
