PITA BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1 jar of Landeira Natural tofu
Pita Bread
Breadcrumbs with garlic and parsley
Lettuce
Tomato
Mustard
Olive Oil

ELABORATION:
Drain the tofu.
When the excess water has been removed, dice it.
Dredge it in breadcrumbs.
Brown it in a frying pan with oil.
Cut the lettuce and tomato.
Open the bread and stuff it.
