INGREDIENTS:
1 jar of Landeira Natural tofu
Pasta
Cumin
Sweet paprika
Salt
Soy sauce
Onion
Carrot
100 ml of red wine
Tomato sauce
ELABORATION:
Crumble the tofu and bake it for 10 minutes at 180º to dry it.
Meanwhile poach the carrot and onion.
When they are golden brown, add the wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the tofu to the pan, mix everything well.
Cook the pasta and… Enjoy!
