INGREDIENTS:
1 jar of Landeira Natural tofu,
1 carrot
1 onion
100 g of mushrooms
Bread crumbs
25 g of sesame seeds
1 clove of garlic
Chopped parsley
Soy sauce
Salt
Flour
Ground black pepper
Olive oil
ELABORATION:
Crumble the tofu with your hands.
Chop the carrot and onion and sauté for about 10 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, also chopped, and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Transfer the sautéed mixture to a bowl and add the crumbled tofu, breadcrumbs, parsley, chopped garlic clove, seeds, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Knead and start making small balls, if they are a too thin you can add flour.
With all the balls ready, roll them in flour.
Fry the dumplings in a frying pan with plenty of hot oil.
Then put them on a plate with paper towel to remove the excess of oil and ready to enjoy!
