INGREDIENTS:
1 jar of Smoked Landeira tofu
250 g of lentils
1 leek
3 potatoes
2 carrots
1.5 l of vegetable broth
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Perrins sauce
Oil and salt
ELABORATION:
Cook the lentils alone, between 30-35 minutes, drain and set aside.
Brown the tofu in a pot with a drizzle of oil, add the leek and cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and stir until cooked.
Add the potatoes, carrots and vegetable broth.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat until the vegetables are almost ready.
Add a good splash of Perrins sauce to the lentils and add to the pot.
Add salt if necessary and… Enjoy!
