BURRITO RECIPE

 INGREDIENTS:

1 Landeira Natural tofu jar

Tortitas

Guacamole

Yogurt sauce

Lime

Hot chili pepper

Ripe tomato

Red onion

Fresh coriander

Green and red bell pepper

ELABORATION:

Drain the tofu.

 When the excess of water has been removed, dice it. 

 Marinate the tofu with lime and hot chili pepper at least one hour.

Prepare the pico de gallo:  Peel and dice the tomatoes, and pour put it into a bowl. Add the peppers, the coriander and the onion. Mix all the ingredients, salt to taste and water with the lime juice.

 Put a splash of oil in a frying pan and brown the tofu.

Heat up the tortitas.

When the tortillas are hot, spread guacamole, add the tofu, pico de gallo, and yogurt sauce… Mouthwatering!
